You may exchange or return any non-consumable item within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Authorization must be granted by Howe Caverns, prior to returning any item. You will receive a refund of the cost of the purchased item only, shipping charges are not refundable. The refund will be processed after the item to be returned has been received and inspected.
